Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a communication and personal development approach that connects a client's neurological processes, language and behavioural patterns to help clients change and achieve desired outcomes. It is used to treat a variety of issues by focusing on how clients organise their thinking and can be used to address negative thoughts and behaviours. In life we we all face challenges which seem difficult to deal with. Such challenges can range from personal/social relationships to business/sports performance. If we could put them into true perspective they would not cause us concern.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) has its origins more than 5,000 years ago, in the ancient Taoist monasteries, where the subtle energies and meridians that travel throughout the body were first mapped. By tapping on certain meridian points we can accept, release and transform emotions from the mind and the body. This is an excellent and easy self-help tool which will be taught in the sessions.
